Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- International orders: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and courier delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time.
Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs, high shipping demand, or courier issues. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
