All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Time

  • International orders: 10–20 business days

Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs, high shipping demand, or courier issues. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays outside our control.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
